New York Bakery Company Launches Gluten Free Bagels

As the number of coeliac sufferers and gluten avoiders continues to grow in the UK, the launch of New York Bakery Co. Plain and Seeded (Sesame, Brown Linseed and Poppy) gluten free bagels is set to help operators offer an authentic product list designed for a Free From market that grew by 27% YoY in 2018.
