Our new seeded gluten free bagel is a great sandwich alternative. Brown linseed, sesame and poppy seeds run through and top our great tasting bagels which are traditionally boiled and baked to give that great authentic New York texture – all without the gluten!
Individually wrapped to avoid cross contamination – frozen (24 x 72g)
Ingredients
Maize Starch, Water, Rice flour, Soya protein, Humectant (Glycerine), Brown Linseed (2.5%), Fermented Rice Flour, Sunflower Oil, Sesame Seed (2%), Stabiliser (Xanthan Gum, Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose), Psyllium Fibre, Roasted Corn Flour, Salt, Yeast, Dextrose, Sugar, Spirit Vinegar, Poppy Seed (0.5%), Preservatives (Calcium Propionate, Lactic Acid), Yeast Extract
Directions for use
STORE FROZEN (<-18°C). Defrost thoroughly before use. After thawing, consume within 48 hours.
