- 1 Original bagel, halved (115g)
- 3 slices smoked salmon, halved (150g)
- 2 tblsp cream cheese (30g)
- 5 slices red onion
- ½ tsp chopped chives
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- Squeeze of lemon
- Spread the bottom of the bagel with the cream cheese.
- Layer with the smoked salmon and red onion then finish with a sprinkle of salt and pepper, chopped chives and a squeeze of lemon.
- Top with the other half of the bagel.
