  • 1 Cheese and bacon topped bun
  • 2 large beef burgers
  • 2 rashers of streaky bacon
  • 2 slices American cheese
  • 4 tsp. Ketchup
  • 2 slices tomato
  • 2 slices red onion
  • Handful shredded lettuce

Serves 1


  • Cook the burgers according to manufacturer instructions and grill the bacon until crispy
  • Warm the bun in an oven for about 5 minutes at 180°c
  • Place the cheese slices on the cooked burgers and place in an oven or under a grill until the cheese is melted
  • Place the lettuce on the base of the bun followed by the tomato and red onion slices, 1 burger pattie with cheese, half the Ketchup, bacon slices, the other burger pattie with cheese, the rest of the Ketchup and bun lid.
