- 1 Croll, halved (64g)
- 1 sausage pattie, cooked (60g)
- 1 free range egg (42g)
- 1 cheese slice
- 2 tsp tomato ketchup (10g)
- 1 tsp butter (5g)
- 2 tsp oil for frying
- Fry the egg in a small frying pan.
- In the meantime warm the Croll in a toaster or under a grill for a minute before spreading the butter on the bottom slice.
- Layer the sausage pattie, egg and cheese and finish with the tomato ketchup and Croll top.
